  • Leftover rice 1 bowl


  • Boiled potato 2


  • Salt 1 tsp


  • Red chilli flakes 1/2 tsp


  • Red chilli pow 1/2 tsp


  • chaat masalaa 1/2 tsp.


  • Mustard seeds 1/2 tsp.


  • Sesame seeds 1/2 tsp.


  • Green chilli 2


  • Curry leaves 4 5


  • Oil 1/2 tblsp.

Directions

  • 1. Grind the rice in mixer, add grated potato salt n chilli flakes in it nd knead till smooth dough. 2. Take small portion nd make small bslls. 3. Steam in idli cooker for 6 mins. 4. In a wok heat oil add mustard oil sputter it add curry leaves spilited grn chillies chaat masala nd red chilli pow. Saute well 5. Now add cooled rice balls in wok nd toss for two mins . Yummy delicious rice balls r ready to serve
